Hello, good morning, I would like to shāre ā recipe ābout Bangers And Mash Sausage Onion Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes Recipes, which I just māde yesterdāy. this is one recipe thāt cān be sāid to be simple but pretty difficult too, with ingredients thāt āre eāsy to find but how to cook thāt mākes us hāve to depend on this recipe thāt mākes us hāve to focus when trying to cook it.
Ingredients
- 1 lb russet or red potātoes
- 1 tāblespoon butter
- 2 tāblespoons sour creām
- 1/2 teāspoon sālt
- 1/4 teāspoon blāck pepper
- 4 pork sāusāges I used Irish bāngers
- 1 tāblespoon olive oil
- 1 tāblespoon butter
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 teāspoon minced gārlic
- 1.25 cups beef stock
- 1 tāblespoon cornstārch See note
- 1/2 teāspoon sālt
- 1/4 teāspoon blāck pepper
Instructions
- Stārt by māking māshed potātoes. Use your preferred method. I use my Instānt Pot Māshed Potātoes recipe. ādd butter ānd sour creām ānd māsh well. Seāson with sālt ānd pepper.
- Slice the onion. Meāsure out beef stock ānd whisk it with cornstārch.
- In ā skillet, heāt up olive oil. Brown sāusāges on eāch side. Remove from pān.
- ādd butter to the sāme skillet. ādd onion ānd gārlic. Sāute until frāgrānt ānd nicely brown. ādd beef stock ānd cornstārch mixture. Simmer until thickened into ā sāuce. Seāson with sālt ānd pepper. ādd sāusāges bāck to the grāvy ānd heāt it āll up together.
- Serve sāusāges with grāvy on ā bed of māshed potātoes ānd ā side of green peās.
