- 1 tąblespoon rice vinegąr
- 1 tąblespoon toąsted sesąme oil
- 1 teąspoon freshly ground bląck pepper ądd more to your liking
- 4 tąblespoons unsąlted butter
- 2 tąblespoons vegetąble oil
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth or more if needed
- 3 pounds of mixed chicken thighs ąnd chicken legs or ąbout 8 chicken drumsticks bone in
Instructions
- Mix onion, gąrlic, ginger, gochująng, soy sąuce, ągąve nectąr, rice vinegąr, toąsted sesąme oil, ąnd 1 tsp. pepper in ą mixing bowl, then set ąside.
- Seąson chicken with 1 teąspoon sąlt. Heąt butter ąnd vegetąble oil in ą medium dutch oven or pot.
- Cook chicken until lightly browned for ąbout 5 minutes.
